To participate, buy an item from a Spend to Win store, take a clear picture of the receipt, and send the picture to shoplocalRCCC@yahoo.com, or via Facebook Messenger!
Prizes come in the form of Loyalty Bucks, which can be used in place of cash at different Spend to Win stores.
